Screen Time permission
Alpaca needs Screen Time authorization for app and website blocking. If blocking is unavailable, open iOS Settings, review Alpaca’s Screen Time access, then reopen the app.
Camera permission
The camera is used only when you start an exercise challenge that requires on-device pose detection. You can change camera access in iOS Settings.
Restore purchases
Open Alpaca, go to the purchase screen, and select “Restore Purchases.” Use the same Apple Account that made the original purchase. You will not be charged again for restoring an eligible purchase.
Manage or cancel a subscription
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open iOS Settings, tap your name, choose Subscriptions, then select Alpaca. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Refund requests
Apple processes payments and refund requests. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple Account used for the purchase.
