You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights to upload and process any content.
The App offers consumable in-app purchases in the form of virtual credits or tokens (“Credits”). These Credits are used to access certain features within the App, such as AI photo processing.
We reserve the right to modify pricing or the usage rate of Credits at any time.
We are not responsible for any loss of Credits due to user actions, device issues, or unauthorized access.
The App may include advertising in future versions. Such advertisements may be provided by third-party advertising partners.
These partners may use device identifiers or similar technologies to deliver relevant ads.
All rights in the App, including its design, features, and underlying technology (excluding user content), are owned by us.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.
This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of Credits, loss of profits, or dissatisfaction with AI-generated results.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States.
